Power On the nodes → wait for Powering on… to finish.
Press System START → wait for Ready.
(Optional) Liveview On to frame the shot.
Select the Target (Group / Item).
Record START → Production START at the moment → Production STOP.
Review the result in the Player; produced clips are listed on the Record page.
Record STOP when done; Power Off to shut down the nodes.
After Record START the next control depends on the production mode: • Mark In/Out — you cut each clip manually: press Production START (mark in), then Production STOP (mark out).
• Auto Trigger — the system detects events and produces clips automatically; no manual Production press is needed.
🖥️ ① System / Camera
Powers the camera nodes, starts/connects the central daemons, and shows the overall readiness.
Power toggle
ON / OFF switch — wakes (Wake-on-LAN) or shuts down the remote camera nodes.
The toggle shows ON only when the nodes are actually powered. During a change the status reads Powering on… / Powering off… and the toggle stays in its target position.
System START button
Runs System Restart + Connect, then connects the cameras. The unified progress bar fills 0–70 % (System) then 70–100 % (Camera).
When everything is connected the label becomes RESTART and the card auto-collapses.
If a recording or Liveview is in progress when you press it, a confirmation dialog appears first. Confirm to safely stop and save the current recording and turn off Liveview before the system is prepared fresh; cancel to leave everything running untouched.
Main Status
Status
Meaning
Powered Off
Nodes are off. Turn Power On first.
Powering on… / off…
Power change in progress.
Press System Start
Nodes are up but not connected yet — press System START.
Restarting… / Connecting…
System START sequence is running.
Restart Needed / Not Connected
A daemon or camera needs attention.
Ready
System and cameras are connected and ready to record.
When System is Ready the card shows the camera status (e.g. Recording). Stats below: nodes / processes / cameras / connected / running.
🎬 ② Production
Records the cameras and produces the 4D clip for the selected target.
Target (Group / Item)
The two dropdowns at the bottom pick the Group and Item (target). The selection is saved to the database and drives both the produced file name and the Player preview.
The ⚙️ and 👤 icons open the target/member admin.
Record START / STOP
Record START begins saving camera footage. If Liveview was already On, it hands off seamlessly (no re-connect).
Record STOP ends recording. If a Liveview preview was running, it is turned off together.
If one or two cameras fail to record (Camera Error), the system automatically retries stop → start.
Production START / STOP
While recording, Production START marks the clip in/out and builds the 4D video. Production STOP finishes it.
The buttons are disabled while powered off or before the system is connected.
Production states: Producing… → Rendering… → Product Ready. The new clip then appears in the Player.
📡 ③ Liveview
Low-latency HLS preview of any single camera, without saving a file.
On / Off switch — starts/stops the live preview. When Off the box shows "Liveview is Off — Press the On switch…". Pressing On also refreshes the selected camera's stream, so a frozen or blank preview recovers without switching cameras.
Camera dropdown — choose which camera to view. The footer hint reads "select a camera" with a ⛶ fullscreen button when live.
The 📡 Liveview title opens the full Liveview page (large view); the running session is kept alive.
Turning Liveview Off only stops the preview — it does not affect an in-progress recording. Pressing Record Stop also turns Liveview off.
▶️ ④ Player
Shows the latest produced clip for the currently selected target.
Changing the Production target updates the Player to that target's newest clip (thumbnail) from the database.
If the target has no clip yet, the box shows "No produced video yet".
During a production the overlay shows Rendering… then Producing…; as soon as the new clip is created its thumbnail replaces them.
Click the thumbnail to open the full interactive 4D player.
This is the same clip members watch in Contents (the Web Player). Production and Contents are linked through the database — a newly produced clip appears in both.
👥 Member Management
Approve and manage members. Where you go depends on your role.
Admin Page Admin
Approve / reject sign-ups across all sites, change member roles, and create / rename / delete sites.
Site Page Manager
Manage your own site: approve pending sign-ups and assign each a role (Operator / Member / Guest), or change an existing member's role.
My Page
View your own member info — account, role, profile, and messages.
⚙️ Operation Settings
The most important screen for operators. Press Save to apply; some detection settings take effect only after a dashboard System Restart. Grouped into tabs:
📝 Title
Name — the site name shown in the headers.
Icon — the site icon; type a path or Browse… to upload (png / jpg / svg / ico).
Main Site URL — where the top-left logo jumps to (the portal / main site).
🎯 Production
Producing Mode — decides how a clip's range is set, and therefore which buttons you use after Record START:
Mark In/Out — you cut each clip by hand: Production START = in point, Production STOP = out point. Optional Production Range → "Limit to N seconds" caps the clip length.
Triggering — a detected event makes the clip automatically. Production Range sets the window around the trigger: before −X ms / after +X ms.
Auto Detection — turn on automatic event detection. When on:
Continuous — keep detecting repeatedly (vs. a single capture).
Auto Detection Target — what to detect (options vary by mode).
Detection Cooldown — minimum gap between auto captures: success N s / fail N s (empty = default 8 / 2). Raise it to avoid duplicate clips.
🎬 Video Options
Smooth Transition — smooths the viewpoint change when switching camera channels.
Time Stretch — retimes the clip to the output FPS (slow-motion; longer duration).
Speed Unit (Km / Mile) · Distance Unit (Meter / Yard / Feet) — used in the Player's metric display.
Output Path — where produced clips are saved.
💾 Storage Management
Delete after recording — remove the source footage once the clip is produced.
Delete by day — automatically delete recordings older than N days.
🎥 Camera Record Settings
Camera Model — BGH1 / FD10.
Camera Record Wait Time / Camera Sync Wait Time (ms) — startup and sync wait times.
Camera Sync Limit (10–500 µs), Camera Sync Adjust (ms, default 500), Camera Sync Skip — fine sync tuning.
🔊 Use Audionew — record on-site sound together with the footage. This is what gives event clips their venue audio: it plays in the Player (speaker button) and is muxed into downloads.
🏷️ Production Target
Groups / targets are managed in the database. Use Manage Production Target to add, edit, or delete them — the selected target drives both the produced file name and the Player / Contents preview.
